Greater Transparency and Safety Straight from the Factory

The TROX GROUP is setting new standards for quality and reliability in air technolo-gy with comprehensive functional testing of its volume flow controllers. Since the beginning of this year, all volume flow controllers produced in Anholt – for orders received from this date onwards – have been tested and logged as standard on a regularly validated test bench under real airflow conditions. As a result, customers benefit from devices that are 100% tested with documented control accuracy – without any additional testing effort required on site.

Factory-tested safety saves time on site

While many competitors are satisfied with merely parameterising the controllers, TROX guarantees maximum operational safety and control accuracy through custom-ised factory settings of operating values combined with extensive functional testing. This significantly reduces potential sources of error and the need for parameterisa-tion on site – a clear advantage for planners, installers, and operators alike.

Transparency through digital test protocols

Every tested variable volume flow controller is documented with a digital test proto-col. Via the myTROX platform, users have direct access to all protocols associated with an order – easily and conveniently from their PC. In addition, individual proto-cols can also be retrieved on mobile devices via QR code – without the need for registration. This function is also available to customers of TROX subsidiaries, pro-vided the devices were manufactured in Anholt.

Broad availability for different device types

The new test protocols apply to almost all measurement units, base devices, and add-on modules – with the exception of the TVM type and certain special control components. This means that the new service covers a large proportion of the TROX product portfolio in the field of variable volume flow control.

With this innovation, TROX once again underlines its ambition to combine technical excellence with user-friendly digitalisation – for greater safety, efficiency, and con-fidence in modern indoor air technology.
